Avoid like the plague. Fitted my boiler (eventually, after first crying off due to illness at short notice). I tried to contact them when it started playing up– they went to ground. Apparently, its very common for installers to disappear when faults occur, so considering its an awful lot of money I would recommend you try elsewhere. The quoted price these guys offer seems cheap, but its not really in your long term interests to go anywhere near them.

I found Plumbing Care Services via the Worcester Bosch boilers website, turned out they operate out of Crouch End just down the road from our flat! We ended up using them to replace our boiler and as it all went very well I thought I’d write them a review. Basically the job came in on budget and we were very happy with the attitude of the engineers who did the work. They instilled confidence in us and they provided a 7 year warranty with the job which was pretty impressive. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Worth 5* any day :-)
