Very clean, great atmosphere with ambient jazz music playing. A huge amount of seating for coffee’s rush hour.
Great, knowledgeable, friendly staff and amazing food with attentive presentation. My chocolate chip cookie just melted in my mouth (and on my fingers). Pret beats Starbucks and Costa in my book (at least in Putney!)

This Pret has a decent variety of food and a super friendly staff. I like popping in here more than other Pret’s along my route to get breakfast. It’s not as crowded, the staff seem much happier and I think it’s a better experience.

Pret is a very affordable and healthy lunch option. Great selection of sandwiches, soup, fruit cups and even some sushi. I had a rocket/cheese/tomato sandwich. The bread is soft and fresh, so were the veggies. I liked the strong mustard flavor to offset the rocket spiciness. There are some healthy drinks too. The sparkling juice I had contained grape juice instead of sugar :)

I discovered this shop a bit late because I made the mistake of going with a hungry child at lunchtimes and couldnt sit down so didnt try. What a waste because I love it and now go later in the day. They dont have a lot of seating and its all on top of each other but worth it and of course they have take away. Very fresh. Sushi, soups, salads, warm wraps, toasted sandwiches etc refreshing drinks that are Pret brand. Muffins and cakes coffees and more… What a great way to have a carb blowout or not.
I like that you can have a healthy or hearty meal at the same place. The prices are fair and my favourite thing about this shop is the bread and butter for 50p. which is excellent for a toddler who wastes everything else I buy. Staff are the best. I had lunch there today and would go back for dinner thats how good it is!

They say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. There are 7 pages of Pret a Manger branches listed on London Unilocal alone besides the many imitators it has spawned. Even M&S have brought out their own chain of shops aimed at the takeaway market.
You can be assured of a solid 4 star sandwich, which tastes fresh. Crisps may verge on the side of extravagant in price but Pret are trying to aim at the premium market.
Pret a Manger. C’est une bonne idee.
