One of my favorite coffee shops in London, it is a must if you want to eat snacks or light meals, I like their coffee especially their cappuccino and espresso. Regarding their food it is a must to try their mozzarella and tomato croissant

One of my favourite Pret as it opens til late everyday and it makes a perfect pit stop before/after hitting shopping right outside Marble Arch tube station. I love their hot toasties as the tuna melt(just ask them to not over heat it as they often burn it) Plenty of choices for any time of the day at a moderate price.

I love Pret and I eat at one every time I’m in London. On this trip I got lucky and my hotel was right around the corner from this Pret. I got breakfast here everyday: yogurt with granola and fruit spread, a chocolate croissant, and a cup of English Breakfast Tea. It was perfect! The staff was friendly every day I visited. Service was quick. The croissants were warm and tasted very fresh. I really wish Pret would spread in the States. They could really put a dent in Starbucks.

As a typical Canadian, it can be a little difficult to deal with the less-than-friendly service that seems abundant within London. So finding a place that’s friendly is a bit difficult. Finding a place that’s consistently friendly, always smiles and is delicious? Deserves a Unilocal review! I’ve noticed that, generally speaking, the entire Pret A Manger chain is fairly consistent in its quality, friendliness, and speed of service. But the Marble Arch branch here stands apart. Only this place seems to have the warmest and melt-in-your-mouth’iest croissants. The staff are prompt, patient(so many coins to choose from!) and consistently very friendly. Honestly I’d imagine that this has something to do with hiring and management, because at an area as busy as Marble Arch filled with sometimes-dense tourists like me, I am impressed that they’re that consistently good.

Well, they’re listed as being open until midnight. At 11:05pm they were clearly closed and cleaning. I asked the staff if there were any other branches still open and they just kept saying, «No man, we’re closed.» Right. Not the question. And then they laughed at me as if I was too stupid to comprehend them being closed. Well, that made me feel extra great. Piss off, PAM on Oxford Street.

My fav Pret. It’s well located across from Marble Arch & Primark, and the staff are almost always so nice here despite the stress the location of this branch brings. What I particularily love about this branch over others though, is the upstairs seating area. It provides a rest from the hustle & bustle and while not overly big, does it’s job very well with comfy couches towards the wall. I’m a huge fan of Pret’s Tomato/Mozzarella croissants, they are to die for. Just make sure you get a fresh one! Even at this busy place where the pastries should come as fresh as they can be due to demand, sometimes you get a stale one with stiff moz. Don’t take it cause it’s definitely not the same, demand a new! Free wifi(sign up requiered).

The website marketing branding looked savvy and welcoming; the location couldn’t be better. I entered thinking this would be a treat in a busy area full of low-class KofF, McDs and Taco Bell. Oh, how wrong I was. Nothing seems to be served here unless it comes prewrapped and made somewhere else the day before. I got the feeling the store received one shipment each day in the morning, because by early afternoon, few sandwiches remained. My American stomach wasn’t in the mood to try Wild Crayfish & Rocket or Scottish Beef & Roasted Onions Bloomer(this is the UK after all), so I opted for something that I thought was basic – a«sausage» sandwich that featured a slice of cheese and a grey patty of indeterminate sausage meat. Anyway, what really got me was the two-tiered pricing structure: the takeaway price and an eat-in price. Americans, be forewarned: drinks are not routinely refrigerated. If you grab a soda, it will probably be room temperature or slightly chilled. Another negative: this location seemed gritty. The second floor is where most of the seating is, and feels disconnected with the rest of the restaurant. I wouldn’t be lying if I felt like I had to clutch my wallet at all times whilst in here.

This super busy Pret is located right across the street from the famous Marble Arch. The queue(«line» in American) can back up as much as five minutes, but they move it as quickly as possible.(They really need an ‘express’ line for not buying coffees, but whatever.) Fantabulous sandwiches. I really love the Mozzarella Pesto Bloomer, which arrives on 7 grain bread with sliced tomatoes and fresh basil leaves. Or if you want meat, try the Swedish Meatball Ragu Hot Wrap. Both are amazing with crisps(«potato chips) and I love the sweet potato if you can find them. Since it’s such a small location, there is also an upstairs balcony with tables and booths. They do have free wi-fi, but there are no accessible power outlets.

This Pret A Manger location was my first, but definitely not my last. We ate at this location twice and I loved the convenience, speediness, affordability, quality and the selection. You grab and go freshly made sandwiches, drinks, chips, pay at the counter and take away or find a seat if you’re lucky. This location has a few stools at the window and a small area upstairs. We were lucky to snag the last table at this very crowded and busy location across from the Marble Arch. We also had their tomato basil soup, which was hot and tasty, perfect for someone who was raging sick on the first day of her European vacation(me). I had the chicken and rocket and DK had a warm wrap. Both were scarfed down in minutes. We came back later in the day to buy bottles of water and some fruit for our early departure from London the next morning.

Fresh, tasty, healthy meals at an affordable price! To take away or to eat sitting on a comfortable sofa. The service is quick and good and they are very aware about recycling. They also have pieces of fruit and delicious desserts! Oh, and I loved the coffee and the chocolate. I’ll visit it again for sure.

Oh man they’re just everywhere aren’t theyyou cant walk ten paces in London without crashing into a Pret, and sure it’s helpful when you’re in a rush and don’t have the time or mental capacity to think about what you might like to eat for lunch today, but really, enough is enough. Sure the brownies are amazing, but that doesn’t make up for the frankly poor range of sandwich fillings and the overuse of mayonaise in said sandwiches.
