When I was running around between meetings or wanted a quick bite to take away to my hotel room after a long work day, this place hit the spot and was super convenient with its long hours. Very friendly service, too.

Clean, affordable, and delicious. My passion smoothie was the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. Though, I think my sister’s almond croissant stole the show.

Why don’t we have this chain in California? Seriously, I may just have to look into starting one myself. For really fresh and tasty grab and go food, this is the spot. Awesome ginger beer paired with an egg salad sandwich. Underground tube surfing bliss!

Great organic food. As someone with food allergies, I have to be choosy on food. The sandwiches were great, almond croissant was AMAZING. And it was the cheapest place around. Going back

Came here the other day to get some food and coffee before a tour I was taking in London. The cashier was so rude I decided to take my money else where. He decided to mock every question I had about the preparation of my sandwich and act like a jerk. No sweat off my back. I can easily spend my money somewhere else if your employees are going to be rude.

Fantastic concept of take away food free of preservatives. They’re all over London, and great for the kids when you need to quickly feed them.

This place is currently my favorite go to location for when you need good and fast food. I went a few times while I was in town for a conference. Whether for lunch or breakfast, the options are plentiful and delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast sandwich and coffee in the morning. The lunch prosciutto and asparagus salad was fresh and perfectly pleasant. I’ll spend more time going to Pret rather than overpaying at other locales.

Pret is everywhere in England and it just makes me so happy. Such a good place to get a solid bite of food, even though it’s a massive chain. I absolutely love their skipjack tuna sandwiches, chef’s special mango and chicken, the miso soup, and the pink lemonade(with no high fructose corn syrup or anything artificial, gets its color/distinct flavor from puréed raspberries). That’s just a highlight of my favorites but there’s really tons to choose from and alternating chef’s specials every month. What more would anyone want? Delicious food, natural ingredients, and quick convenience as all sandwiches are made fresh daily and put out in the fridges. Really good for people on the go or tourists who are looking for a quick bite but still want something that’s tasty and healthy. It’s also really endearing that they give away the left-overs at the end of the night. You can eat your food and feel good too knowing that the place you’re eating at helps people on a day to day basis. I think Pret def needs to come to California, quick! It would be such a success. I love you, Pret!

Where ever you seem to turn in London, there is a Pret a Manger in sight! I had my doubts about a premade sandwich place but was delightfully surprised by the freshness and tastiness of the sandwiches. Everyone is on the go in London, so it was perfect to grab and go before hoping in the Tube. All the sandwiches were really inexpensive, around £4. I really liked the spicy vegetarian with avocado and mozzarella. For the price, you really can’t go wrong. This location was right across the street from Millennium Bailley’s Hotel.

This Pret A Manger near the Glouchester Tube was a handy stop during our London vacation. We would come by in the morning, grab a couple of take away sandwiches, and be set for food during a busy day of doing our tourist thing. The sandwiches were of good quality and quite reasonable, no more than 3 or 4 pounds. My wife enjoyed their vegetarian sandwiches, especially the chutney mango spread they used. Ham and cheese was good, as was the tuna salad sandwich. The bread used was consistently fresh and tasty. Nice place; wish we had one around the corner from us in California!

Wish we had these in SF. Fresh, fast, affordable food with many healthy choices. Perfect grab and go food near every tube stop.

I love this Pret as it is only a 3 minute walk from my flat. I have never had a bad meal here and I would classify it as healthy fast food. The stuffed croissants are excellent, coffee is not bad, salads, sandwiches, and soups are all wonderful!

Immer wieder gerne.

Two strikes against Pret. They didn’t have any sandwiches without mayo or some kind of sauce(we found this at most locations), so my friend had a hard time finding something to eat. Bummer! Then, we sat down to use the internet and for some reason neither of us could get connected. After getting our computers out and finding a place to plug in we were super bugged that we couldn’t get internet to work. The one plus was that the guys working behind the counter were nice and offered to bring our drinks to our table and then offered to take our cups for us as soon as we stood up. Too bad the internet didn’t work or I might have given a better review. I would recommend sandwiches from Paul down the block.

I heart Pret! 99p for a filter coffee. Delish sandwiches for very little money. It really hits the spot! I just wish they opened earlier on Sunday mornings — this location doesn’t open until 8:30am.

Yet another Pret but then as a advocate of this chained purveyor of coffee and filled slices of bread I say this is another happy pret.

I’ve been here a few times and never had a bad meal, regardless if it was for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Their food is always packaged well but fresh tasting. They have a wide variety of sandwiches both on sliced bread and rolls. Their pastries are delicious in the morning. The only challenge at most Prets is getting seating because it’s limited. But they’re popular and they tend to have small seating areas. My family and I went to Pret locations while in London in 1999 and it’s great to see nothing has changed with them but the food variety. And it was also exciting to see they’ve migrated to New York City. I wish they were in L.A. but if I could go whenever I wanted(like Starbucks), that might take away the thrill.

Coffee is pretty good — only one size. Sandwiches are okay, but there are tons of freshly baked ones across the street. They also have soups and porridge, but most their food is on the heavier /creamier side. Great place to work, esp. since it’s 1 of few places in London with FREEWIFI! yay

I love Pret. I’ve been a fan since the early days. This is a very nice branch. Nicely set out for calm easy eating. The staff are professional and friendly. The food is mostly very good. I would like some more hot options and the soups are rather dull and seem to repeat themselves everywhere. But it’s so trouble free and the standards are very high. For someone who comes so often, more new options would be welcome… but I still give it five stars. UPDATE: Pret A Manger now choose to play the most horrible ‘Chart’ pop music at all its branches at high volume, making what was a pleasant place to visit a truly wretched one. I’m taking away two stars until this is rectified. It’s literally INTOLERABLE.

yes, i’m a fan! i’m finally reacquainted with my wild crayfish and rocket sandwich! (they dont have this in NYC!) the other sandwich that is not avail in NYC is the roast beef sandwich. but i did not see it in the shop this morning. maybe it’s out later in the day. the delectable morsels of fresh wild crayfish was lightly moistened with mayo and tempered by fresh green slightly bitter tasting rocket leaves between malted wholegrain bread! yums. i also had the baguette with free range eggs and roasted tomatoes. the combination of texture, colour and taste here was simple but good. the double latte is as good as it gets. bitter, milky and low in acidity. small area for seating with free wifi. opens weekdays 07:30 — 18:00 and weekends 09:00 — 17:00 this outlet is very crowded. traffic going in and out all the time. i guess the location is good. near the tube and hotels around.
