Quaint Italian restaurant. Surprisingly good food under $ 50 per person in fancy Mayfair area. Try the olives, fried mozzarella, rocket greens, chicken pasta and pizzas. Slow but nice service.

I’ve eaten here twice in the week I spent in London. The food is delicious! I had the Wild Mushroom Risotto both times because it was very good and filling, as well as the hazelnut chocolate cake and the Nutella banana mini calzone for dessert. The staff is also very polite and very keen on knowing when they are needed and when they are not. I was very pleased with my meals. Also, although they don’t official have free wifi, I was able to connect to an open network while there without issue.

My friend and I came in here on our way through to Covent Garden because we had £40 worth of Tesco clubcard vouchers to spend. I have never actually eaten at a Prezzo without using these vouchers because they’re so damn good! Because I’ve been to ths chain so many times I’m familiar with their menu but it’s good that they always change it up. It took us forever to decide what to choose as it all sounded amazing. In the end we opted for some olives and the grilled goats cheese and deep-fried mozarella for starters. I then had the chicken and asparagus risotto which was really creamy, garlicy and an all round tasty dish. My friend went for a spicy sausage pizza that neither of us could pronounce but that was apparently also very tasty. The service was okay, but not really anything to report on. The actual restaurant was tiny inside but with nice décor. You’d expect it to be bigger for picadilly circus as lots of people were having to wait for tables towards the end. For all of this food, we only had to pay for the £15 bottle of wine which wasn’t to be sneezed at. I’d highly recommend the Tesco clubcard vouchers(not that this is a review for Tesco…)

They have a very good menu with many tasty-sounding dishes. Took me some time to even decide what I’m goong to eat. ;) I ended up ordering the Vesuvio pizza, V.I.Pizza style. Quite delicious. All ingredients seem to be fresh. The staff was friendly and the food got prepared pretty fast — but maybe that’s just due to the fact that I was there in the afternoon when it was quite empty.

I have read one of the reviews saying perfect dough. Absolutely right. Great pizza, great bread and great cheese. We usually love Lasagna and not all the good Italian restaurants can make it the way it should. Prezzo does not have the best one we tried but it is really a very good one. I would definitely recommend it and go back again.

We had Lasagna and Pizza. Good food, good service. Prices are reasonable for London.

This site was rated 4 stars and 2 pounds for price. We asked the waitress what were the best things on the menu. That is what we ordered and the food was just so-so. But the prices were better than we thought they would be. We also ordered garlic bread and Sticky Toffee Pudding. I would give the Garlic Bread a 1 star — could be the worse I ever had, but the Sticky Toffee Pudding was 4 star worthy. The service was excellent. But then again there were not many people in the restaurant.

We ate here 4 days in a row and have found the food to be very tasty from the fresh garlic bread to the Lasagna to the fusilli gorgonzola. This must be a franchise restaurant because it is run by a very nice lady and her daughters help to wait tables

I’m a pizza lover and their pizza was near perfect. Good dough and cheese which is hard to find outside Italy. Only bad point is the small-ish menu. Slightly pricey, but definitely worth it.

I stopped by for dinner on my first night in London since the restaurant was around the corner from my hotel. When I walks up I was told they were closed and were not seating anyone. The next I came back and was very pleased with my meal. The hostess was very friendly and she and the server were extremely attentive. Good location and a good value.

Right around the corner from the Intercontinental, Hilton and Sheraton Park Lane. Solid if uninspiring food at lower-than-average prices for a sit-down meal in London. Chicken marsala was exceptional. Recommended for families with kids.

Prezzo is a laid back casual environment, perfect for unwinding after a long day of work. I was staying at the hotel right around the corner so going here was driven mostly by convenience. Had a pizza and sticky toffee pudding. The pizza was just how I like it: thin, crispy, and not overly-loaded up on cheese. The sticky toffee pudding was ok, nothing spectacular. The food was good and the price was right too.

Not knowing it was a chain, my husband and I wandered into Prezzo for dinner when we couldn’t get a table at the tapas place down the street. We ended up being very happy with the find. We shared a pane con cipolla for an appetizer; the caramelized onions were perfection, and«enough to share» was definitely an understatement. I had the king prawn risotto for my entrée. It was on the rich side, but delicious– the leeks were a great addition, the saffron wasn’t overdone, and the risotto was cooked exactly right. He had lobster and crab tortellini and loved it. Again, the saffron sauce was great, and you can’t go wrong with lobster and crab. The wine menu was nice, and I liked that you could get varying size glasses. The servers were kind and helpful. The art was a little odd, but the restaurant had a nice cozy vibe. Overall this wasn’t the most exciting Italian food I’ve ever had, but it might be the best chain Italian I’ve had. I absolutely wouldn’t complain if you told me I’d be taking a repeat visit to Prezzo.

After reading the reviews of the other Prezzo Restaurants, we decided to try the branch in Mayfair. Its big advantage is that it is right around the corner from our hotel, the Park Lane Hotel. Prezzo is basically a high end pizza and pasta place. We both had salads for starters. My Cesar salad was very nice, nothing great but reasonable. I wish I had ordered the mixed salad my wife had. It was a lovely selection of assorted fresh vegetable, all nicely prepared, pieces of veg were not too small but perfect for eating size. For mains, my wife had a very good traditional lasagna while I had the Meatball al Forno. Rigatoni, mushrooms and meatballs in a tomato sauce covered with cheeses and baked. Both were very large portions and well prepared and served. Some of the other reviews have complained about the service. Ours was prompt and polite. There when you wanted her and not hovering. Would definitely go back if the opportunity presents.
