A review where do I begin. I was involved in a hit and run crash in 1993 whilst doing the knowledge of london. I suffered multiple injuries which involved myself having over 20 operations and 24 hour care by my parents, for 8 years. I had heard nothing from the carriage office on my recovery or well being, not TFL which I expected, but the root of the taxi trade THE CARRIAGE OFFICE I thought I would have heard from them just once, but no, nothing, just a letter saying I must inform them of does my work career still.involve the taxi trade. My father was a cabby for over 30 years and other members of my family also in the trade and also friends. But after all the operations and strife following the crash in 1993 I decided to do the knowledge again in 2001, which I succeeded in doing and getting out in 2004. In 2010 I had a seizure, My doctor told me it was as a result of the hit and run crash in1993 whilst doing the knowledge for the first time and the head injuries that I recieved. I informed TFL and yourselves the seizure straight away in which they took my licence off me directly. That was 12 years ago, and in that time I have contacted TFL concerning work, help from them in my work career. I spoke to (I better be careful) a LADY? named Barbera, who it seemed like when I asked for help it was like I was asking her for her bingo ticket, she would only help herself, which turns out to be the case, I have found out later. Just like to say I am Still looking for employment in a industry I used to respect, but I know that I am chasing shadows, so I would just like to say to all your ex cabby's and staff at the Carriage office, THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND ADVICE OVER THE PASSED 29 years which is precisely SOD ALL.
