Pumpernickels has good food, these’s no dought about it. BUT it’s overpriced and the staff are sometimes rude. It gets quite busy there and they seem to be in to much of a rush. Nice food but rude staff in conclusion.

I have to say, I am really very impressed with this café — it is a bit further along the town, close to the entrance of The Chimes, and is always busy. Service is fantastic, and the range of food amazing. Delicious, big samosas are only £1, and they do a great range of filled rolls to eat in or take away, which is great if you want to grab something to take home after shopping. Their coffee, although not as nice as Starbucks, is great value, and not awful to drink at all, and they actually make a cup of tea far better than most coffee chains. It is really nice to see this independent shop do so well in a town full of Costas and Starbucks, but they have kept it to good homemade food and great service, which I expect does them a great trade.

They sell the most delicious samosas of the big variety, and its only £1.00. The rolls, sandwiches are freshly made each day. They also do great breakfasts as well. They are quick in serving customers as well. The good thing is that you can see the staff preparing your food, which is reassuring. You can also order from them if you are having an office function, and they will deliver to your office.
