We popped in for a quick breakfast this morning — nothing special, nothing fancy — just a traditional English breakfast. And it hit the spot — nothing beats some bacon and eggs in the morning (plus beans, fried bread, hash browns, sausage and mushrooms…). And it was all very reasonably priced for less than a fiver and including a cup of tea.
The place also seems to have been refurbished since the last time we came here (which must have been a couple of years ago) — it’s all very bright and feels quite clean. I’m sure we will be back next time we need a cooked breakfast fix!
