The Regency has been around for years, and coming from Tottenham, I have had many a friend who has had their wedding or some other kind of ceremony held there.
There is a spacious hall with two chandeliers giving it that oomph, and it is a decent venue for the small wedding, community gathering or any other ceremony.
My friend recently had her engagement there, the car park was full of cars, and had a steward directing the drivers where to go which was really helpful. It is actually quite deceiving how large the premises are.
They have their own catering service, but if you choose to find your own catering company who work on site, I am sure that can be arranged.
