The concept is superb, the reality not so much. The practitioner was a nice enough person. She was very chatty. Every time she got chatting she actually stopped massaging me and instead just sat there chatting away. So I’d say she spent about 20 minutes actually massaging me despite the session supposedly being one hour. I definitely wouldn’t use them again.

Let me start out by saying what makes this place the best: because nothing is worse than going off to a spa/​salon and getting all treated and relaxed and feeling like a zen-​ful million bucks and then leaving and having to deal with people and buses and trains so that by the time you get home, all the positive feel-​goodery is gone. Return to Glory therapists come to your home, so when they’re done you can just lie back on your sofa and bliss out and there’s no interruption in the day’s goodness.
Now about the therapists: I’ve now had two different ones and they were both fantastic in different ways. Olivia was all zen and aromatherapy and swedish massage and she leaves you feeling all peaced out and limp like a happy noodle. Geoffrey (bought for me by my husband who clearly knew I needed a man to rub me down and out-​sourced it) gave me the best deep tissue EVER. Being all strong and male and whatnot, he could totally get in there and work those muscles over. He was great about asking what pressure I wanted (do it, do it!) and it was awesome.

I had my 90 min massage yesterday at home and am very happy with it! Eleanor, the therapist, was very pleasant. She came with table, pillows and towels, so apart from space there is nothing more for you to provide. She did an excellent job on trying to get out the knots in my shoulder (Painful!!) while also adjusting the massage to be gentle/​relaxing when doing the arms, legs etc. Highly recommendable

RTG often handles parties and will book you with a selected beauty therapist.
The receptionist here is kind and organised. Her name is Caroline. The owner of the company is a difficult plastic woman but you probably won’t have to deal with her. I did but I will still say the company is good and the owner is unpleasant.
