The apartments are located a stones throw from Liverpool st station and it’s worth knowing that you need to look for an entrance more like a shop doorway or a solicitor than apartments! Luckily I was warned and so found it very easily. Location is excellent and there are a great range of restaurants nearby. The apartments have a shiney modern finish and the reception service is excellent. The rooms are interesting, many with balconies affording quirky views of the city streets. For me that’s where their charm ends. The quality of the fixtures and fittings are poor and the floor squeaks so loudly I’m glad I was near the top of the building. It looks superficially good, however the appt I was in are was well maintained.
