Extremely disappointed with the customer service @Ripplesbathroom in Chelsea. I had such a pleasant experience in the beginning working with their instore designer, Melinda Hill who helped me buy my entire bathroom from them at the end of last year. However, when I found out they sold me a faulty valve after installation, it has been an absolute unprofessional nightmare getting the replacement. They’ve made me jump through so many hoops to get it replaced. I’ve had to email and call multiple times for updates and logistical arrangements. They’ve passed the buck and blamed their suppliers Burlington. 7 months later they still haven’t settled the invoice with the builder I had to get in to do the reinstallation. What’s the point of paying a premium to go through a bathroom store like Ripples Chelsea if they pass their problems with their suppliers onto their customers? Embarrassing.
