If you like Bingo then it is ok.
A poorly managed placed with a real mixture of clientelle — do not expect this to be a Gala or Mecca kind of professional outfit.
Small food bar which serves some of the most awful food I have ever known.
The décor inside is amazing as it is an old theatre and can not be touched.
The last year has seen a steep decline in the money for the houses and lines which does not match up with the book prices.
Used to be a regular for over 20 years but find other chains of bingo halls more organised, clean and most importantly better house money !

Many a happy hour I’ve spent at the Riva with special friends enjoying a retro style afternoon or evening, and have become rather at home with the other regulars. For its outward size it has quite a small capacity. But you can buy alcohol here which helps with the general bonhomie. As with most bingo halls nowadays, you can be linked into national games, which makes everything a bit more exciting. Well worth a visit if you like bingo.
