Guns on Pegs, web site has been designed as simple method of solving a problem for shoot organisers and providing access to shoots for guns that are looking for shooting. A shoot owner can use the web site and control the entire process for free. Savile Row bespoke tailor and couture designer, Roubi L’ Roubi, provides a full range of tailoring in tweed comprising; suits, jackets, breeks, waistcoats and trousers. Designed and made to the esoteric requirements of a man and his gun, it features jacket backs with the box pleats of a Norfolk that ensure ease of movement, fronts sans breast pockets that may interfere with a gun’s placement, and a smooth, collarless neckline that won’t catch on a gun. Made in classically checked Johnston of Elgin Tweeds, each design features meticulous details, such as leather linings to the cuffs, leather piping along the neckline. The jackets may be teamed with breeks that have four-button cuff fastenings, again with leather trim or there are classic trousers as an alternative for when the shoot has finished.

Roubi’s expertise, creativity and consultative approach means he produces nothing but the very best in quality and style. You will not be disappointed. He is so very dedicated that he took the time to really understand me and my personality before taking on the great task of working on my wedding dress. In the end it fit me like a glove. It was incredibly flattering and I was over the moon(as was my husband may I add…).

Roubi’s clothes are elegant and understated; they’re created for their wearers and suit personality, lifestyle, colouring and body shape. Soon after we met Roubi told me ‘form, function and fabric are key’ and that for a piece of art to appeal to the human eye it must get at least two right. With his clothes Roubi makes sure he gets all three right. Its a pleasure to visit him in his studio, to sit down with a coffee and exquisite cakes and look at fabric swatches, sketch the outline of a skirt together and talk about what I need it for — work, a party, dinner, or a wedding. Roubi listens and cares that his clients have pleasure in wearing his clothes. Roubi has never failed any of the challenges I’ve set him; finding gold wool for a jacket, mixing aubergine and lime in a suit, using tropical wool for trousers, keeping details small scale. As women we don’t need model figures to wear couture. The secret is finding a designer who takes the time to get to know us, to understand our personallities, and then creates clothes that flatter our figures. His clothes have helped me enormously in being perceived as professional, experienced and expert at what I do. Mrs J Sweeney, business consultant
