These guys are great. Very friendly, fast service, reasonable prices. Oh, and they were able to get some annoying stains out of my husband’s shirts when two other dry cleaners could not.

I recently blagged my way into a black-​tie event at an esteemed academic institution. Feeling very refreshed on complimentary Prosecco at a less-​formal after party, but still a little out of my depth, I made an impromptu display of attempting to juggle lit candles to impress my fellow patrons. Needless to say, I covered my favourite navy, woollen suit head-​to-​toe with candle wax. Feeling all was lost, I made a last ditch attempt to salvage the situation by way of a speculative trip to the dry cleaners. Despite my worries, I was assured that all hope was not lost, and sure enough upon receipt, my prized dinner party garb looks as if it were fresh off the rack. £40 is a small price to pay for my dignity and the much-​needed dosage of humility. They did more than just fix my suit.

I recently brought in a skirt that I’d managed to wear twice before sitting in some kind of chewing gum/​sticky candy, which was really embedded in the light grey fabric. It took them a few different techniques to get it out but they did it, and the skirt looks brand new. The man I dealt with was very friendly and remembered me/​the skirt without the ticket. He even texted me to let me know when it was finished. Great service!

I love these guys. They’re always friendly and courteous when I go in and they always do a great job both with dry cleaning as well as alterations and repairs. They’ve done great work in repairing a much loved and worn leather wallet and in altering dresses, skirts, trousers and jeans (and integrated the original hem — all important). They are always prompt and when I need something in a rush, they’re extremely accomodating. I highly recommend them.
