Samsara Studio clearly fell well below any minimal expectation. I assume some blame though, having paid in advance, apparently giving up my right to any customer service. Make up person’s attitude was appalling. After virtually ignoring me for two hours she decided to antagonize me because I was unhappy about the poor service. I put up with this hoping it would get better. It became worse. The whole time I spent there was a waste of time. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not unless you are conducting a study on uncivilized human behavior or the poorest customer service.
NOTE: Samsara is thrawling on the internet for the negative reviews written about them and do whatever possible to have the review sites to remove them.

i went to Samsara Studios today to buy Jane Iredale mineral make up as this product has been recommended by many of my friends. I was not welcomed and there not helpful to help me to choose the right product. Howerer I have not booked appointment with make up artist. I just went there on my lunchbreak and was very keen to buy. They only had 1 customer in the salon but none was there to help me and they were not even interested to keep me as a customer. I left salon with empty hands and choosed another salon in Chelsea to buy the products. VERY POOR SERVICE. Plus on their website it says 10% off the products which they denied. I will never return.
