I’ve never used this motorcycle shop to buy much more than a tube of metal polish, but I have frequented its workshop for checkups on my bike and I often find them infuriating to work with, even though the standard of work is generally high. I often go in with a query at the end of the day (upon returning from work) and of course all the suppliers are closed for the day — fair enough. But they always promise to call me the next day but never due. Sometimes it is a few days later, most recently it was not at all. Considering that most repairs are necessary rather than precautionary, this tends to leave me without transport for a few days. Service could be markedly better.
