Friendly folks and a nice store, but I was less than impressed with their knowledge and selection. I popped in for something quite basic. A splitter that adapts a 3.5mm plug to a split audio/mic. Fairly common these days because many laptops, such as the Macbook Air, now have only a combo port, while many headsets are still split. They seemed utterly confused by this concept, as if they’d never heard of a splitter. They didn’t have one in stock. They did kindly refer me to another store that might have it, but I am astonished that an A/V store would not only not carry one, but that the employees would be so surprised/confused by something so common. I ended up finding one at Tesco.
