The room was not up to my standards of cleanliness and the bed was horribly uncomfortable. However, for the cost the hotel did the job. The bathroom was incredibly small but had been recently renovated. The room itself was nicely sized. The room was at the top of a very steep and narrow staircase, which wasn’t a problem for my husband and I, but if you’re not a fit individual you may struggle. The breakfast was a pretty standard hotel buffet but the food tasted fresh and there was a lot of variety. The one strange thing about the hotel is that it is like the owners purchased individual rooms in several attached row homes. We checked in on Warwick Way but the entrance to our room was outside and around the corner from check-in. In the morning, you have to leave your building and go back to the main building for breakfast. I didn’t find that to be problematic, but if you like to grab breakfast and take it back to your room, you migh be in trouble. We stayed for one night and I don’t regret it, but wouldn’t stay any longer than that.

An awfull place in a lovely sourrounding. I had booked a single room and found myself in a 5 m rathole after having checked in. No option to put my suitcase, so I had to carry it from bed to the floor and back. The chamber hasn’t been renovated for ages, behind the back of my bed dryed fluid stain showed(I don’t want to think, what it might have been), the whole tiny bath“room” seemed to be glued together, stainy tiles and showerdoor, the running heating could just be regulated by opening the tiny window to the back yard. Next time I will rather book a private bed&breakfast. Talking about breakfast: It is just offered from 07:30 till 09:30 a.m.
