We wanted to move four people, a couple of boxes and some computers across Central London.
We specified on their website quite clearly what we needed. They turned up 30 – 40 minutes late with a vehicle that was far too small, the driver was not willing to come down our one-​way road at all and was clearly not familiar with the roads in Central London. We had to hire a second vehicle from another company for two of the people and some of the stuff.
The lady we spoke to on the phone was not helpful at all and pretty rude. It was an exciting experience — precisely what we were not looking for! I would not recommend this company.
