Superb! I don’t award 5 stars often but Smooth You was flawless from arrival to departure (with my brand new smooth do!) Staff were all friendly and welcoming, facilities are clean and modern. Offering everything beautiful from haircuts/​colours and extensions through to complete hair removal, facials and nails. I popped along for a hair cut and the level of service surpassed any experience I have had in London. My stylist was educated and informative about cuts/​styles and options as well as product.
I am trilled with the result and will be back 110%. Finally a fantastic service that gives you results without having to depart with your monthly pay check. I’m sold!

I was going for a photoshoot and decided to treat myself to a Brazilian wax, it would be my first ever! And because I always like a good deal, I searched high and low for a discount somewhere close to home or work. Thanks to O2 Priority Moments, I found that this place had a 40% off discount.
I went onto their website to check out prices and such, found that I can book online. It will require you to create an account, the reason being is when you log back on, they remember what you booked last time, and they added a handy one-​click button so you can rebook your previous treatments easily.
The reception staff was very sweet, extremely polite and friendly.
The place is very clean.
The staff who tended to my biz-​naz was Agnieszka, and she made sure I was comfortable and was very gentle as I had told her it was my first time.
As I left I got a goody bag with of some flyers, sample products and some mints (maybe they’re telling me my breathe stinks).
Overall, I really like this place and would definitely go back.
