I stayed here for 5 nights right before the Christmas rush.
It is a good walk from the Bayswater or Queensway station stop.
There are loads of tourists shops and food shops near this area.
It is certainly in a quiet neighborhood and the staff are helpful if you have any questions.
The rooms are supplied with utensils and towels and soap and stuff.
There is a washer/​dryer so you don’t need to leave the room to wash your clothing.
