A bit silly to have two upmarket cosmetic stores right next door to each other. I was actually aiming for Cowshed next door …
Space NK is a lovely and bright space stocking a massive selection of beauty products. The sales assistant was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and gave me a very helpful guide to all their face masks.
What a shame I was buying a present for a friend who is a fan of a particular Cowshed product and I had to go next door after all.

A great chain and this one always has everything you need. The own brand stuff is very good but the premium brands are great for picking up a little gift or some basic.

Sales assistants here are always helpful and I dont feel pressured unlike some department stores. Great for it to be in this location as you dont always feel like going into central london. one gripe is they dont stock all brands unlike other stores.

I love Space NK shops, and this is my local one. I have to say that it looks very clinical and this put me off going inside for a very long time, but one Christmas I was interested in getting the latest Philosophy limited edition gift set and this was the only place that had it. I felt quite nervous going inside as everything looked so expensive, but I shouldn’t have worried. One of the sales assistants came over to me and demonstrated the lipglosses that I was looking at, even opening a new one so I could try it. She really went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed.
I have to admit though, that I didn’t buy (found it cheaper on eBay!) but it really is a wonderful shop if you are looking for a special gift.
Nearest tube is Turnham Green on the District line. Turn left out of the station, follow right to the end to Chiswick High Road and turn left and you should see Space NK right there!
