AVOID WHEN POSSIBLE!
Their staff seem unmotivated and incapable of giving you the information you need to be able to successfully secure a property with them.
Secondly you have to pay a joining fee before you even view a property. This fee is £79pp and £59 per pet…
On top of this when you view the property you cannot give a deposit and cannot secure the property, it all comes down to who they think it the most suitable. Seems like some weird Hunger Games style of renting to me.
Wouldn’t use them again, glad to no longer be part of the agency.
