Specsavers: you can get the same glasses /lenses all over the country, the difference between the different shops is clearly the staff working there and how they make you feel as a customer /patient(my eyesight is pretty bad so yo me they are doctors) Usually the staff is really friendly and will give you good advice. If the store is very busy(on a Saturday for example), they will try their best but the space available is quite small and it feels quite overcrowded quickly(in the«choose your glasses» part of the store and the waiting area for your appointment). When i had my eye examination, the optician was really kind and professional. He explained the changes in my prescription clearly and was able to address my weird questions and worries. When I went to collect my glasses, they made sure they fitted me and explained to me the changes and gave me some sound advice. This is now my regular store :) And I have worn my new glasses, I understand all the advice now!
