As the late great King of Pop once said «I’m a lover not a fighter.» So infused with the spirit of Unilocal I decided not to hate on Specsavers Camden (see previous review) and give them another try.
Today marked a triumphant day for this young, relaxed led opticians. Both the gentleman who took my details then the lady who took me through the series of tests were professional, friendly and dealt with me in a personal manner that put me at ease. All the options were given to me, with detailed answers to my many questions. Price wise for lenses they are competitive and I am actually looking forward to my return visit next week to pickup my trial lenses.
After 20+ years of wearing lenses I was actually told of the benefit of steaming your eyes via the placement of a hot towel over your eyes to clear your meibomian glands of excessive fatty oil that can build up.
Impressive come-​back Specsavers. Well done.
