So for lent I gave up chocolate and as a result missed out on the Triple Hot Chocolate speciality they were doing through February and March. I was telling my boyfriend this while I tried to figure out what I wanted instead and the woman behind the counter went and MADEONEFORME. As a result, I love this Starbucks and will gladly walk round the corner from Charing X, bypassing the two other Starbucks nearby to get to it. She also gave me the last lemon and orange muffin in the store and the whole thing only came to £4.35. I’m in love.

I would normally give Starbucks 5 stars but this member of staff didn’t ask me if i ‘d like whipped cream on the top of my coffee frap with a shot of peppermint! Which was a bit upsetting… but I guess I saved on the calories

This Starbucks is really close to Charing Cross station and therefore I think the location is pretty amazing. Bu because of this great location it is quite busy. Unfortunately there are not that many tables in this Starbucks and we had to wait quite a bit to get a seat. The people working here are very nice and friendly! We were there at Saint Patricks day and they closed the toilets! That’s not very nice but I guess they had a reason for it…

The nice seats by the windows here are lovely if you are lucky enough to get them. Otherwise, this half-underground location can be quite dark. It’s a quiet location on a Sunday morning but can be way too busy during the week sometimes. Great, reliable menu.

If there’s one thing I can count on about Starbucks is consistency. Unfortunately this is precisely why there aren’t any discerning features on which I’m able to report. Except the barrista who had served me: he spoke with a Brazilian accent and had the hair of Sideshow Bob. It was non-sequitur. Which is cool.

Starbucks in a busy location at Embankment station. But if it’s too busy, consider walking 200 yards up Villiers Street to the other Starbucks. *shakes head* Just like others, a couple of coolers with sodas, juices, pastries and sandwiches(which they will press in the panini if asked), as well as tables and power outlets so that you can use the free wi-fi. No outside seating, but the lovely Victoria Embankment Gardens are nearby.

OMG coackroach alert — please stay away from this placeit was huge!!! My friend was brave and squashed it while I was jumping up and down on the chairso we told the staff and they came and swept the carcass away and sprayed it with disinfectant — um yeah like that does anything! The place needs exterminators — I rang Starbucks HQ to report it but heard nothing back from them Gross

This starbucks gets 4*s only if you intend to use it as a take-away café. The inside isn’t that great and its rather small, and there are usually alot of people using this starbucks. BUT! All the drinks are really great! And if you don’t mind the queue, you will find the coffee brilliant! There is a bathroom too, but there is usually a queue to use it, but the staff don’t mind you using it if your not a customer.
