This is just blocks from the Mandarin Oriental — very convenient.
I stopped in to escape the cold and ended up staying for 2 hours because it was simply so cozy. I got a scone, tea, and a latte. The selection of pastries was slightly different from what’s offered in the US.
The upstairs seating area is open and comfortable — not at all cramped. Solid Starbucks.

Nice, big Starbucks. Great place to drink coffee and read a book while waiting for Harrod’s to open. Line moves quickly, drinks are fast, staff is friendly. The upstairs is open and nice. Great place to people watch. Plenty of plugs, so you can charge up the iPhone you’ve been taking so many pictures with. Nice, reliable place if you’re in the shopping district.
