der gästebereich ist sauber. die toiletten könnten da noch etwas nachbesserung bertragen.

Starbucks will always be Starbucks… Don’t go in expecting gourmet, artisan coffee and you won’t be disappointed. This branch has recently undergone a complete renovation, and as a result it has a clean, high-​end vibe that you don’t get in other branches. The staff are generally friendly, with the manager in particular an absolute gem.

Nous rentrions de 8 heures de marche dans Londres, un arrêt s’imposait et nous avons choisi le Starbucks. Nous avons trouvé des fauteuils très confortables pour s’asseoir (c’était important au moment présent).
Au niveau des choix proposés je m’attendais à avoir plus de choix, les pâtisseries sont appétissantes mais nous n’avons pas craqué (cause régime^^)
Les prix sont abordables je trouve. Nous avons passé un bon moment de repos

Please, please, PLEASE bring a decent manager to this store. At all times of day the staff is completely overwhelmed. During peak hours there is a huge flock of people waiting for their drinks, yet the staff keeps on trying to make things go faster by taking orders from the line before the customers reach the register.
Cards are being charged wrong, and I don’t wanna know what happens when they handle cash.
I worked at a coffee shop like this before. With the proper preparation it takes under a minute to get a hot beverage out. No matter the crowd.

Exactly what you would expect from a Starbucks. The store (and most importantly the restroom) is clean, baristas are friendly, and wifi free. This location is usually not too crowded so service is decently fast. Seating is somewhat limited, as this Starbucks is rather small. If you are staying, consider requesting your drink «for here» as they will give you a mug.
American gold cards work in the UK, so keep collecting those stars! The benefits carry over (free syrups, soy milk, refills).
Overall, a good place for a short break.
