Sun Café is a hole in the wall little café in the financial district of central London. Of all of the café’s I’ve been to in London, they have the best Mocha. Additionally, their prices are really reasonable. As a bonus, their food is actually really good. Most surprisingly to me, the service was really good and the manager is a very friendly guy. Their cooks clearly take a lot of pride in their job and asked me personally what I thought of their Full English breakfast. I told him to keep it up and that the food was delicious. For those who want something a bit different, they mix in vegetarian options and Turkish breakfast amongst a traditional English food selection.

This little gem is fab for a quick bacon sandwich on your way to work. £1.20 for a white crusty roll with bacon and ketchup, a warm welcome and a wide range of sandwich filings; love love love this little café. The guys who run it are so nice, they make the mornings much brighter :-)

Worked near the café for years and it is by far the best value. Am a big fan of their salad boxes, the cheapest and biggest by far and £3.90 for a loaded jacket potato and salad has yet to be beaten. Always friendly staff… am in here at least once a week!

Very typical greasy spoon breakfast in Clerkenwell. Decent enough — nice bread, loads of butter, piles of beans and all that, but also saddled with sawdusty sausages and not great eggs. But still, for £3.95 on a day when you were promised breakfast but got patry… not too bad.

I had breakfast at Café Sun at noon on Sunday, nursing a bit of a hangover. The Turkish Breakfast was transformative. Sausage, fried eggs, toast, greens, feta, olives, mushrooms and some sort of salty cheese that had been grilled — it was fantastic(see my uploaded picture…) Service was good too. Best of all was breakfast for two came to just around £14.

I’ve now become a favorite of their all-day breakfast options. Their Egg Bap was my savior the morning after our company Christmas party, let me tell you! I’ve tried the Veggie full breakfast, which is mammoth and their omelette’s with chips and beans is scrumptious. What i’m not a fan of is the 1.20 for a Ribena?! Day light robbery, if you ask me!

A café which has proved to be very popular with the office crowd of the area, during the lunch hour(1pm-2pm) expect to wait. But, if you happen to stumble to this café in the afternoon, it is lovely place to sit and have a long chat over coffee and a sandwich with your best friend. That place plays a good scenario for those long conversations about life, love, anything and everything. Their sandwiches come accompanied by salad which is a plus, and any filling you get can be served toasted and with chilly sauce, ufff!!! it is truly chilly. It is almost a must to have a bowl of chips(£2) to share with your food they are think from the inside and crunchy on the outside. They are not the friendliest of staff, but its all good, maybe you get them in a bad day, or maybe I am just making excuses for them because the café has such a cliché feeling of a café. Does that make any sense?
