A great family run coffee shop, come for the fresh homemade lunch, and don’t forget the dessert! Employees are friendly, as is the shop cat.

I recommend heading north on brick lane. Very small, cluttered space (not in a good way). Mediocre drinks. Not many breakfast options. On the plus side, the staff are friendly and will chat you up. Also, they have a cat.

Suzzle is amazing. Their interior is spectacular, from the comfy seating to the cool illustrations on the wall. I enjoy coming here for tasty drinks, cakes, and a nice place to chill. They are right on Brick Lane too so perfect for grabbing coffee before you head out shopping or a place to relax after (depends on which way you’re walking).
The chai latte is my favourite, so warm and creamy yet the spices still shine through and create a nice flavour. I mostly come here for the drinks and the café itself but if you’re looking for lunch as well they serve a variety of food. They also have lots of cake on Sundays which look absolutely delicious. I’ll be back soon to try the carrot cake!
