Really great (and unexpectedly great!) sushi inside the hilton tower bridge hotel. It’s right next to the hilton bar, which doesn’t feel like a hotel bar at all, so you can eat at the sushi bar or anywhere in the lounge.
*the hand diver scallop sashimi is amazing — and worth trying.
*service is great.
*sushi tastes fresh.
*ambiance is relaxed.
Definitely worth trying.
