I am sorry about the disappointment you have written about. I can report that the people attending my walking Tours of the Docks and my ‘Celebrating St Katharine’s’ exhibition said that that they have really enjoyed themselves. The classic boats here are stunningly splendid and not to be missed! Do please come along and say hello– I will do all I can to make sure you have a really enjoyable visit. During the week it’s quieter, and the exhibition is open 11 am to 4 pm– those people disappointed by not seeing the Gloriana will be pleased to know that she will be here from tomorrow.

I absolutely LOVED the Thames Festival and cannot wait to go again next year! Me and a few others started off at Tower Bridge, walked along the Thames, and 6 hours later ended up at around Westminster Bridge awaiting the Night Carnival. Along the way however, there lied what seemed to be endless rows of food stalls that covered a range of cultures, so Im sure anybody could find something to tickle their taste buds. I decided on a(very filling) burrito and churros. You also get to enjoy a variety of performances, music, interactive activities and so much more! With all this on offer for free, you really got to make the most out of it, and despite the rain, we absolutely took full advantage!

Given all the hype there’s been about this festival, i was expecting more. Instead, the festival featured second-rate vendors, dirty food stands, and a bunch of tourism booths for random EU countries. Waste of time and money.
