Surprisingly good and great value!
Went here with a few friends one night fully expecting the experience to be comically poor. The restaurant always looks emlty and rather neglected and forgotten about by local people.
They appear to focus on take aways and have a take away counter to the right as you walk in and then a separate door to get in the restaurant which is strangely locked most the time.
Staff are friendly and the main man always happy to offer advice on their extensive range of dishes. And alter them if you want it spicier or something else.
The experience is strange as it’s always just been me and my mates in there when we go, but the staff are attentive enough but largely let you get on with the meal without being over baring.
Of course as I mentioned in my tip, it’s bring you own booze. Which I’m always a fan of!
Now the food, it is superb. I was very surprised and impressed. We all had different dishes and all commented how nice they were.
We were so impressed we went back a few weeks later for another visit. Again all tried different dishes and thoroughly enjoyed them.
Would I recommend it? Yes depending on if you mind sitting in a empty restaurant. Probably not the best for a couple but with a group of friends it’s fine and the food is great. If you don’t fancy it you can always order a takeaway!

An unassuming restaurant but one of the best. The food is amazing. Have eaten here ever since, it’s also nearby my friends house so we get takeaways from there most weeks. Try it, you won’t regret it! It was one of the best curries I’ve had and trust me I have had plenty of curries, lol. I recommend the balti dishes and the tandoori chicken for definate. Prices are reasonable and delivery is free.
