My one and only experience in this place was very ordinary to say the least. Cold English breakfast, arrogant staff and the worst part of it was that some of them did not speak English well or understand me. This annoyed me more than anything else.
As a rule I don’t care how busy you are… that’s your problem to deal with not mine :-)) I don’t have to put up with it. You should have explained to us up front that it would take 30 mins before any food arrived at our table. And last but not least how can you have staff working in a distinguished British establishment that cannot speak or comprehend the national language ?? That is beyond comprehension for me.
