This place is a great bar to watch the game and have some good pub food. Very large bar good for big groups but I find to be understaffed not enough bartenders on duty and takes a while for you to place an order. I came for a nice beer to chill out after work and had a nice cheeseburger to go along with it. It’s good, juicy and filling and not bad prices. In conclusion one of the better bars in the west Kensington area, with a younger crowd in here.

Looks like a bit of a chain pub, although I couldn’t figure out which one. I was relatively happy to find it because alongside a small selection of the most common ales in London there was Dana Pale Ale by Cottage, a beer I hadn’t had before and certainly enjoyed. Its a large pub, perhaps lacking a little in terms of atmosphere but with its outside are and space to spread out inside, i kinda liked it!

What a wonderful, horrible, incredible pub! My friend Scott had his going-away dinner here, and he ordered this massive plate of greasiness and meatpie. We also staged a Last Supper photo, which I plan to share. Also, I have a fond memory here of my own last night in London, where I enjoyed one final Black Guinness. The food and beer are unbearably cheap — and it’s full of regulars and fogies who are disheveled, missing teeth, and in need of a shave. A man comes around trying to sell cigarettes from a box… like it’s candy or something… very cool for someone whose not British/used to that sort of thing. I think they have lots of little gambling kiosks, and the bathroom smells horrible. As much of a dump as this place is, I loved it every time I came(which was weekly, when I lived in the area.) The staff is pretty nice, but be sure to get there and order before the kitchen closes!
