A great pub located only a stones throw from Bank tube stop. I liked three things in particular. 1. It was cool inside on a hot day in London. 2. They have Guiness on tap. 3. Prices for a pint are quite reasonable, much less than most other places in London. We paid only 7.75 for two pints. I will definitely keep this place in mind.

Not my favorite Spoonies in the area; I far prefer the Crosse Keys and Hamilton Hall. This one is more modern and lacks the charm of these other two. Still, an alright place to come for a few ales.

I love The Green Man! Wetherspoon goodness and lots of room to manœuvre; two floors, including an outdoor-​ish courtyard space on the lower floor. I had trouble finding it the first time because the street level entrance is a bit hidden and unassuming; it’s located in an office building complex. The prices are good, the food is good, and it’s super cheap. Excellent for an after work stop.
