You got to love «olive»!
Polite service, great food (Lamb is delicious)

This restaurant does your standard fare of Turkish cuisine and it does it well. The lamb and chicken shish are exactly what you imagine them to be and the meat is tender. The décor isn’t too chintzy although I’m not sure about the music! The staff are friendly enough and leave you to get on with your eating and its all rounded off with some hazelnut Turkish delight. The biggest let down for me was that my partner enjoyed his so I only got one piece, damn!!!
Tip: stick to the classics and you can’t go far wrong. I would also recommend the Rioja Crianza and the house red!

The olive is a beautiful mediterranean restaurant in the heart of leytonstone. Service was wonderful and price was reasonable. The food was the best part, beautifully garnished bbqd lamb exquisitely cooked to perfection. The service was however average but i guess it may have been due to getting there quite late in the day.
Overall a serine atmosphere, highly recommended
