I felt a bit uneasy when I first went in the salon for my appointment. The salon was empty and there were about four of the stylists stood talking to each other. When I entered the place they all just looked at me expectantly and wasn’t very welcoming. My stylist started cutting my hair and they were all just stood there watching. I really did feel uncomfortable. I mean, they could’ve attempted to look busy. The cut was ok. But for reasons mentioned above I won’t be going back there. They didn’t make an effort to be friendly at all and visiting the hairdressers is all part of the experience of being looked after and pampered.
