The Organic Pharmacy

I feel really cheated by The Organic Pharmacy. I went to take their Quantum QX test which is touted as an allergy test. Alongside that I had a ‘homeopathic assessment’ to try and ease my bad skin. Now, one month later I feel like I have been cheated out of over £100. The homeopathic assessment consisted of a series of questions that were incredibly personal. This would have been fine if the therapist had come to some kind of conclusion or answered any of my questions (she evaded my questions and I still have no idea why she asked me about my dreams and other personal questions). I think I wouldn’t have been so disappointed if the allergy test was accurate. However, when I received the results I realised that it was basically a list of the things I ate for lunch that previous week. I phoned them to complain and was told (by an extremely rude and patronising store manager, who wouldn’t let me hang up the phone even though I was getting increasingly upset, she preferred to continue to lecture me) that this was the way it worked and there was no way I would be getting any sympathy, an apology or any money back.
