The Pasha Hotel

Nice place, friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere and well priced.

I went here on a hen party package that was £20 a head plus an extra £3 for a detox drink (I think it’s basically a fancy powdered drink). It’s on Camberwell Road, which isn’t where you’d expect to find a boutique hotel & spa, but that’s why south London is awesome.
Our therapist was absolutely charming and calm, despite some in the party being pretty raucous and demanding to drink tequila inside the steam room (they were advised against this)! He did however arrange for us to have some music pumped into the room — no one had their ipod so we listened to some great Turkish classics!
The experience is essentially sitting in a steam room (hamam) with the hen getting a sort of soapy massage (which she loved). The hamam is really nice: clean, pretty white marble and for me the steam was at a very comfortable level. I’m not sure if we got the experience exactly as it’s supposed to be (because the raucousness slightly derailed proceedings!) but it was really relaxing and fun.
The only negative is that it’s quite a small room and so getting changed took a long time as everybody was sharing the hairdryer and we also ran out of dry towels pretty quickly (which were only replaced with 2, despite there being 6 of us).
I’d recommend this if you want a little bit of luxury for a reasonable price — I think the 75 min Turkish Bath Ritual for £50 sounds pretty good value and will certainly be mentioning that to friends & family when my next bday approaches!

A strange & surprising venue ! Great food, very polite waiters & waitresses in this little find ! Give it a try ! Did it with a Groupon deal but food very reasonable without any deals !

The Pasha Hotel is a deceptively delightful modern 15-​bedroom hotel which has been completely refurbished throughout. It
has a modern, cosy, glamorous feel to itthe hotel suits all kinds of visitors from travellers to business people. It also has a turkish restaurant, the food is great so you won’t get hungry while you are staying. You can also just visit the restaurant itself and dine out. There are nearby food outlets. The rooms have a contemporary feel with pastel colours, modern décor, lcd tv, wireless internet etc. The hotel service is excellent and you’ll have a pleasent stay, I did, lol.
