Not a pub I would visit again. It’s just a bit lifeless and if you are newcomer people will stare as you enter. Six people to be exact. We counted. Maybe the winter doesn’t help but the pub has a bit of a dingy, shed like feel to it. In the summer it might be a lot better, the whole of the front of the pub can be opened, so that on a sunny day with a lot of imagination, you could feel like you were drinking at a beach hut. That maybe stretching unfortunately I can’t confirm that in the summer. We had just a couple of pints and then decided to leave, we just weren’t feeling it. Bought a bag of crisps along with a pint of guinness, which is my fave and also they have the guinness toucan on their sign.
