Really hearty filling Hungarian food, loved the beef stew with dumplings, would definitely be interested in trying the soups if we go again. My boyfriend enjoyed the mixed pickled cabbage and the local plum brandy too. It’s nice to have a different type of restaurant at this end of New Cross!

We passed the restaurant several times and finally got around to try it last night. I must say that the food was decent, better than expected. The service on the other hand was a bit sluggish. I would recommend going there if you are in the mood for some Eastern European cuisine. I had their goulash and beef stew, which were tasty and filling. I am not sure about the other dishes.
