Had to get a photo done, emergency for a visa. Picture was pricy £8.95! Nevermind, express. I was explaining properly about the photo size the guy is just shutting me up and saying it’s standard he knows. At least listen and let me finish, i’m a customer. i shouldn’t be silenced abruptly
Payment was taken while printing was done. The photo was not cut at all just one piece of paper with 6 uncut photos on it. Asked for it to be cut they said NO! They don’t have the tools for it. It’s a shoe shop, there are many scissors or cutting devices that can do so but still refused. I had to cut it myself and it was not perfect. I expect after paying so much to at least cut the pictures for me? and not be rude about it.
I’m not a professional-can’t cut it properly, and you are offering a professional service for a fee! Even if you cutting isnt part of the service, it should be mentioned explicitly. Every photo shop cuts it to size. This is absolutely ridiculous last time i’m shopping at your establishment.
