I only had a shake and it was absolutely delicious. Lots of people were sitting down eating.

Coming here was a terrible experience. While the menu isn’t too expensive, the service is absolutely woeful. I visited at 11pm on a Thursday so they should’ve been able to cope with the average busyness.
I waited at the door for 10 minutes along with a dozen others before I realised there was no prospect of getting a table and decided to order takeaway. The so called manager was acting as cashier but was so sour-​faced and disinterested that I would’ve walked out had I not had a craving for a milkshake.
From here things only got worse. The guy doing g the milkshakes was the most incompetent hospitality staff member I’ve seen. He took 15 minutes to prepare the 3 shakes ahead in the queue and was oblivious to people waiting. Next, the bad-​mannered manager fired him in front of us and took over himself. This helped slightly but it was another 10 minutes before I got my shake. A choked thank you for waiting but no refund or anything.
If only this was the end of my bad experience… while the shake was not terrible it consisted of 90% soft-​serve ice cream, making it incredibly gluggy and difficult to drink. Billed as a «chunky strawberry shake» it would better be billed as a vanilla sundae. The flavour was very slight and there were no chunks whatsoever. Very disappointed to the point where I won’t even be giving them a second chance, especially with other reputable diners around the city.

Well I probably should’ve known better than to come here, but I genuinely thought ‘it’s burgers, how bad could it be?’ Bad.
Firstly the service is appalling. APPALLING. It’s staff by surly teenagers whose attitude is ‘I can’t believe I actually have to speak to you’. The service was so slow at a lunchtime that we were there for well over an hour. We were literally completely ignored, eventually were able to give our order and about 30 minutes later got some food.
It’s not overpriced, that’s one thing. The menu is just burgers, chicken burgers and wraps. You get one side and one sauce for free. Which I imagine is why it’s so populated with teenagers only. I’d say no-​one over 22 comes in here, a lesson we learned the hard way.
The chicken burger was very bleagh, I’ve had better at KFC. I didn’t even want to try a regular burger in case they ruined red meat for me. All the food just seemed a bit grey.
Afterwards I had such a stomachache, never again.
