Good quality shirts and bad service. I asked the staff for information and he didn’t even know. I asked the other guy and he didn’t bother checking the stock and insisted they didn’t have it. Really bad service.

Love the style and cut of clothes. You can get a lot of smart men’s clothes cufflinks and ties. Bringing them back to the US, they stand out and look sharp. The shirts are a big disappointment. After trying a few, I liked the look and feel. I ordered fifteen white dress shirts online. A few washes later, they’ve all shrunk. You can see it most in the sleeves. I contacted customer support who promised to «look into it» I’ve never heard back. So much for the«no quibble guarantee. Save your money.

Very good. service and good value trendy suits and shirts. Need to make sure you are taking part in a sale to get good value. However they are good at keeping in fashion and although the suits feel more machine than hand made they are a good choice because they are in fashion. They also use all natural materials, which is something that even many of the more expensive brands do not do. The sales people are very good, in advising what is in style, measuring customers to make sure it fits and in being very friendly. Once I went in and they seemed to be having a back end problem where they did not have the staff to properly serve me and I almost walked out. However when I returned later that day they seemed to be sorted out and this was a one off aberation of the type that we alk have at one time or another. Their service was great, especially a more experienced gentleman who really knows his stuff. Even more impressively, when I ordered the suit on Friday they said it may be ready on Tuesday, but most likely Wednesday. It was ready on the Tuesday, however I did say that I would be reviewing them on Unilocal

Striped Ties, Dyed Ties Fat ties, …Mai Tais? Honestly gents, this is your spot if you’re in need of some smart ‘n’ dapper apparel. While it would take me more than a few Mai Tais to agree to wear a tie as they look painfully, er, restrictive(said by a bra-wearing female, no less), TM Lewin would be my go-to tie pusher if tie-wearing became a necessity. There must have been 400 ties to choose from in all varieties of colour, shape, size and materials. It was nothing less than appeTIEzing.(Zing intended.) Maybe if they offered in-store Mai Tais, I could be convinced…

I’ve picked up some good, solid shirts from TM Lewin over the years. They discontinued one of my favourite in-house labels but they do bring out a good solid line of new shirts that keep up with what’s trending in NY& Paris. There’s also a good range of ties that are made at a high quality and retain their shape. I tend to go to TM Lewin for mainly business shirts these days as the cut and fit works well, but the location in Jermyn Street means that it’s easy to do a larger shop at a time, and buy some other shirts at their neighbouring competitors!
