It’s too overpriced. The services are ok, not great. I’ve tried them a few times and every time I was given the same haircut even though every time I asked for a different style. Not sure it’s worth the money.

Had a nice cut here. Price was ok. Good thing was they cut my hair with out an appointment. I will come back.

While planning a recent stay in London I decided to make an appointment here, because it was the Tony & Guy salon closest to my hotel. I am a huge fan of Toni & Guy, they seem to be the only ones who can properly layer my very(very, very) thick hair and give it shape and movement without using the razor, which just makes my hair frizzy and puts a rather short expiration date on a cut because of frayed ends. The staff was friendly enough, most of them quite lovely in fact(aside from a couple of slightly bitchy/arrogant types with whom luckily I had very little to do). Got a great layered cut, the kind you can only get at Toni & Guy, and only spent 60 pounds(plus tip and hair products.) Will be back!

While visiting London, I asked a local where I should go to get a «genuine British haircut» and he recommended Toni & Guy’s Salon. I am normally not the salon type, but I really wanted to go for the whole British thing this time(I guess I was feeling touristy?)…so I decided to make it happen. It was a rather fun experience, involving an appointment with a stylist named Mo, a separate woman who would wash and dry my hair, and some other nice people that offered me tea and other drinks :) I loved the haircut and bought some«product» afterwords. The staff was so nice… the only thing that suffered was my pocketbook… but my wife loved the haircut so I guess it was well worth it!
