Topps Tiles

Oh my goodness I am not strong enough for any more tiles! I popped in here yesterday morning, then carried my box of tiles and grout home on the bus. My arms were dead by the time I got home — but it was worth it.
I liked this little shop… they somehow manage to squish in displays of all the tile-types…and they had the tiles I need to finish my kitchen. The bloke at the counter was friendly once he noticed me (he ignored me for a while… maybe he didn’t expect a girl to be tile shopping on her own!?)
The problems:
* They don’t have a car park… and it is reeeally hard to find parking spaces in this area (you need a parking permit.) So you might have to bring a strong rucksack and take the bus like me!
* The shop is NOT where google maps or the Unilocal map say it is! (google map is closer!) Keep going up the hill as it is on the corner about 300m further than maps suggest… walk in the opposite direction away from the station.
* It’s not very cheap here… but we really like the tiles we chose. :)
