Tuatara

Well, my guy and I went there on Saturday night. From the website we expected quite a chic place but alas it was a bit worn and grotty so we were quite disappointed. Not so bad when full and dark but it was dead until around midnight with more security guards and staff waiting around than guests. The bar service was awful, they kept giving us the wrong order and also didn’t have any Rose wine at all, even though the menu choice for wine was very small and all the drinks were ridiculously expensive. The music was ok, but way too loud — which was probably why we kept being given the wrong drinks! The club is also pretty young and full of rich kids, many of whom were falling around drunk and stoned. The other thing we found disgraceful was that there were hardly any places to sit as almost all tables were «reserved» and when we were seated at a table with a bottle of wine, we were then later told we had to get up and stand (with our bottle of wine!) because other people were spending more than us and they obviously deserved to sit down more than us! Not impressed and won’t be going there again!
