We went for an Indian for my boyfriends birthday in crystal palace first then our group of 12 friends decided to come here for a few drinks after. We got here just after 10pm and it was really busy. The music was mainly house which I love so was happy, drinks were average London bar prices. Great cocktail menu, didnt enjoy the daiquiri but loved the raspberry mojito. Overall it’s a nice bar in palace to go for drinks with friends after a meal. Tables and chairs to sit down and chill and a big enough dancefloor to shuffle the night away :)

Garden. Sports. Perino on tap. From it’s exterior, Twenty Five looks like a generic Wine Bar that gets lost along the other offerings on the Crystal Palace Triangle. However this place has hidden depths. Once you walk through the door, you do think you’ve walked into a 70s pimps dream living room. Cow hide and animal prints dominate the booth seating throughout the bar. If you can see past this slightly tacky, but sort of pulls it off, décor then you’ll find yourself a very pleasant place to enjoy a pint and an early dinner. In the summer I’ll be more of a regular as past the extrovert bar is an amazing garden with tonns of space and seating. A big budda water feature sits in the center making the garden square a little more zen. They’ve got a great drinks menu at relatively average prices and fresh food on offer. Try their fish and chips. Surprisingly yummy for a pimped out wine bar. Twenty Five also seems to have quite a community feel, hosting events such as local international film festivals. A bizarre but lovely find.
